The Free plan costs nothing. Each paid plan's monthly price is on its card above, and you can also pay quarterly, yearly or for two or three years at a time. Enterprise is priced with our sales team.
Does Queek take a commission on my sales?
Only on Queek Marketplace. Orders from your website, inboxes, in-store QR, POS and API are yours in full.
What do I get on the Free plan?
Real commerce tools with tight limits, so you can test demand: website themes, the AI website builder and selling on Queek Marketplace. Upgrade when you need inboxes, POS or a custom domain.
Which plan is right for a WhatsApp or Instagram seller?
Social Media. It includes WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram inboxes with the AI Sales Agent, and a custom domain, without the POS tools. Growth adds POS, in-store QR and team tools on top.
Why doesn't Starter include inboxes?
Starter is built for the counter: POS, in-store QR, a rider app and team roles. For social inboxes, choose Social Media, or Growth to get both.
How do customers pay?
Online, by bank transfer or in cash. Online payments settle automatically and carry a processing fee; transfers and cash carry none. On Starter and above you can collect into your own payment account once your KYC is verified.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every paid plan. Build your website with a theme or the AI website builder on any plan, then connect your domain once you upgrade.
